Infinitestorage. in is a brand adaptation of Infinite Storage Solutions Pvt Ltd. is registered under the laws of the Indian Companies Act and is in operation since 2023.

The Infinite Storage brand, logo and mascot are the properties of ISS and subject to trade mark application.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POINTS CAREFULLY AND SIGN THE AGREEMENT.

General Terms

  1. The customer accepts that it’s his responsibility that the information like ID Proof, Address Proof or any other demographics shared to Infinite Storageare accurate and the customer agrees to update in case of any change.
  2. Infinite Storage reserves the right to undertake all necessary steps to ensure the security, safety and integrity of Customer goods.
  3. Infinite Storage may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity and enforce the validity of the orders placed by the customer.
  4. The term of storage begins on the first day on which the Company receives the goods or materials.
  5. These Terms of Service shall be binding upon the Customer until the goods or material remains in storage at the Infinite Storage facility.
  6. The Customer has the right to ask for the return of goods by placing such a request under these Terms of Service.
  7. A minimum of one-month charges would be levied if the goods are retrieved within a month. After the first month, charges would be calculated on prorate to the retrieval date.
  8. The stored Material shall be delivered only to the Customer or to a person authorized by the Customer. Customers must inform the Company through registered email id along with supporting documents like ID proof of the person in case of retrieval by the third party.
  9. The request for the removal of stored Material is not confirmed until it is acknowledged by Infinite Storage.
  10. Customer must notify 7 days (or more) prior in case of goods retrieval/delivery request.
  11. The Company assures the Customer that it will try to fulfil the request for delivery of Material on the date requested by the Customer (depending on the availability of the slot).
  12. The Company reserves the right to change the date of delivery after consulting with the Customer.
  13. The Company assures the Customer that any such change of date shall not exceed 3 business days unless requested and agreed upon by the Customer.
  14. Once the Customer has started taking services of Infinite Storage Solutions it is understood that he/she had read and understood the terms and conditions and will duly follow it even without the failure to sign/share of agreement.
Restrictions on stored material
  1. The Customer shall not store with the Company, any narcotics, arms, ammunition, food, perishable goods, liquids, gases, living or dead plants or animals skin, waste, or materials which are flammable, explosive, toxic, polluted, contaminated, radioactive; organic material or that which might attract vermin or insects, or any other materials which are otherwise illegal, dangerous and unsafe to store or handle in an enclosed area.
  2. In case the Customer stores any of the above-prohibited material as mentioned in point (1) without Infinite Storage knowledge, the Company is not responsible for any damage or consequences due to the same.
  3. The Customer shall not store negotiable instruments, cash, jewellery, antiques or items that have intrinsic market value.
  4. The Company has the right to open and inspect any materials tendered by the Customer for storage and to refuse acceptance of any material.
  5. These Terms of Service only provide the Customer with the right to store Material approved and accepted by the Company and do not give rights to access or tenancy in any particular portion of the Company’s offices and storage facilities at any location.
  6. The Customer shall store only empty gas cylinders. The company has the right to empty the cylinder in case there is any gas in the cylinder.
Limitation of Liability
  1. The Company shall exercise such care in regards to the Material as a reasonably careful person would exercise in like circumstances. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to stored Material, however, caused, unless such loss or damage resulted from a failure of the Company to exercise such degree of care. The company’s liability, if any, for loss, damage, or destruction, however, caused, to part or all of the Material stored hereunder shall be limited to 100 INR Per Box.
  2. If the Company is unable to provide any service herein contemplated because of acts of God or public enemy, seizure or legal process, strikes, lockouts, riots and civil commotions, or other reason beyond the Company’s control, or because of loss or destruction of goods for which the Company is not liable, or because of any other reason provided by law, the Company shall not be liable for failure to carry out such instructions or services.
  3. The Company shall not be responsible for damage caused by a gradual deterioration, wear and tear, pre-existing or scratches due to transportation, corrosion/ rust due to wetness/water in items, atmospheric or climatic conditions, items damaged due to Electrical and Mechanical breakdown due to storage.
  4. As the Company will not be checking the working condition of the electronic goods like TV, Music System, Computers, Laptops..etc and electrical Items like Refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, Oven, Mixer..etc, the company cannot assure the same after the delivery. Infinite Storage is only liable for any physical damage (Refer to #1 under the limitation of liability for more details)
Insurance Terms
  1. The General insurance shall be covered only for natural calamities, fire and theft. The company shall not be responsible if the customer does not provide the value of goods while preparing the inventory during the pickup.
  2. The General Insurance does not cover the loss or damage during transportation and handling in the warehouse.
Payment, Cancellation and Refunds
  1. The Customer agrees to pay the Company according to the rates agreed as per the quotation.
  2. The Customer agrees to pay for storage and service in one-month advance.
  3. The Customer also agrees to pay additional storage and packing charges for items not mentioned in the quotation. Charges for additional items would be at a minimum Rs.100 or more according to the dimension of the items.
  4. The Customer also agrees to pay all other Govt. service charges or GST, which are subject to change.
  5. The payment can be made through a bank transfer or online payment or from the Website or through Cheque / Demand Draft in the favour of the Company (Infinite Storage Solutions Pvt. Ltd).
  6. The Customer gives the Company complete authority to raise a monthly invoice on Customer Name and send an intimation of the same to the Customer through mail / mobile SMS / any other acceptable mode of communication.
  7. In case of any refund to the customer, it will take 10-15 days for Infinite Storage to refund the amount based on the payment method chosen by the customer at the time of payment.
  8. In the case of GST input tax credit, it is the Customer’s responsibility to provide the GST number to Infinite Storagebefore we raise the invoice.
  9. The storage charges will remain in effect until the last date on which the goods remain in storage or 12 months from the time of pickup date, whichever is earlier.
  10. The Customer agrees with the Company that the Company under no circumstances is bound by the rates after the expiry of 12 months from the date of pickup.
  11. If the Customer fails to make any payment within FIFTEEN (15) days of billing, late charges will apply at the rate of 2% per month on the unpaid amount.
  12. If the storage charges remain unpaid for ninety (90) days, Company shall have the full right to do any or all of the following:
    1. Withhold services
    2. Terminate this Agreement
    3. Sell / auction/destroy the stored Material
  13. Cancellation charges of INR 1000+taxes are applicable if the confirmed pick up/delivery is cancelled due to any reasons within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up date. There are no cancellation charges if the customer postpones or prepone the pickup date or cancels up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up date.
  14. The Customer agrees to make all payments due to the Company including past due charges before the termination of the booking.
Liability Disclaimer

Infinite Storage and its affiliates have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays or acts of any government or authority.

Force Majeure

Infinite Storage shall not be liable for its failure to perform under this agreement as a result of any event of the Force Majeure events like acts of god, fire, war, sabotage civil unrest, labour unrest, the action of statutory authorities and local/central government, change in laws/rules/regulations, affecting the performance of Infinite Storage.

Language, Disputes, Governing Law and Venue
  1. These Terms of Service have been written in English (India). To the extent any translated version of this agreement conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.
  2. The laws of India without regard to its conflict of law principles shall govern the Terms of Service.
  3. The user agrees to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the District courts of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India to litigating all such claims or disputes.
Declaration:
The Customer agrees that
  1. He/She is the rightful owner of the goods and the goods have not been stolen from anyone else. Authorize Infinite Storage to store all his goods,
  2. Infinite Storage has the authority to shift the goods from one warehouse to another warehouse if it’s necessary to do so by Infinite Storage without a prior notice to the customer.
  3. No material, which is considered illegal/ immoral as per the Indian laws, and/ or otherwise for which storage with license is required.
  4. The goods will be inspected by Infinite Storagebefore being accepted into storage.
  5. If Company is made a party to any litigation because of having possession of stored Material, the Customer will indemnify, hold harmless and defend Company from and against any costs, losses, damages or other liabilities, including legal fees resulting therefrom.
  6. The customer agrees to switch off the Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Water Purifier and Geyser 24hrs before the pick-up date and ensure moisture free and keep it dry by the pickup time. In the event Customer doesn’t hand over the dry appliances, Infinite storage does not take any responsibility if any fungus is found after the delivery of the goods.
  7. I hereby authorize and give consent to Infinite Storage Solutions Pvt Ltd to send me, either through itself or through the third-party service provider, from time to time various information/alerts/SMS/other messages or calls or commercial communication, and other services on the aforesaid listed telephone numbers, whether these numbers are registered with National Do Not Call Registry/listed in National Customer Preference Register or not. I also confirm that by sending any of such messages/calls.
